I think HOF does this, down in Rochester.

If you are looking for something closer, Thorne Bros does this and does it very well, and the price is right!

Im not sure if thorn bros does it, or sends them out to another shop to have done. Many shops used to send them to Tackle plus which is no longer around. Minnetonka Outdoors services/cleans reels.

    Trail’s End in Fridley.

They might charge a little more if you bring them in, in pieces

Talk to Rollie & Helens muskie shop. They have a guy nearby that does great work. their phone number is on the website muskyshop.com.
Talk to Jim Stewart, tell him Boysen sent you. He use to be my neighbor in Iowa.
I met the guy that repairs the reels and he has a wealth of knowledge and some big name customers.

HOF [Hooked On Fishing] in Rochester has a guy who does reel cleaning and repair. Just click on the Hooked On Fishing words in blue in my signature to go to the website. They are also a site sponsor.

    Thanks, Bill

Trails End does a great job, and being that you are in Ham Lake, it is close. As far as charging more for reals in pieces, not a penny more. Been there done that. Give them a call-763-784-9080
