is every one who uses them happy with them ? after a couple of experiances with the hardware store poncho I’ve been using (I’m not cheap just frugal) I’d really like to be more comfortable in MN’s fickle weather.Actually last summer there were several times I ended up soaked to the skin. the efn store seems to show a good price. do the sizing recommandations seem realisttic ? thanks in advance, kenn

In cold weather I stick to my Guide wear, but when its warmer, I love my Frogg Toggs. They hold up very well. The only place I get wet is my wrists. The elastic keeps out most but not all water.

I was watching the Eco Challenge the other night. One of the participants was starting to suffer from Hypothermia and what does one of his team mates pull out for him to put on but a good old pair of Toggs, made me do a double take.

I have to agree with Mike, Until it warms up i’ll be wearing the guide wear. Once it gets hot i’ll break out the toggs again.

They do fit loose, but keep you dry.

I got the mismatched for a good sale price.
They are really light and keep me bone dry.

I’ve had Frogg Toggs for 3 seasons this will be their 4th. I have been completly satisfied with them. They compact well for storage and are not to hot. I use them in colder weather also. I like to wear them over a hooded sweatshirt or sweater and I’m fine to 40 degree or so. You will like them.

I will back up both Mike and Hook on this issue as well. I love my guide wear for most of the time, but mid summer in the sticky, drizzly days….I will dig out t he Toggs because they are so light weight. The only thing I wish they would have done with my Toggs is add small pockets and made the wrist areas with velcro versus elastic. Other than that, they are very comfortable to wear in summer conditions.
