I have heard alot about this problem with the Lowrance H20. I just can’t understand why they can’t engineer a correction to the problem. I have a Lowrance i-finder pro, it has a completely different design on the plug end of the power cord. Why they have those two little sping loaded pins on the H20 model I just don’t know!!!!!!

Happy for me…….so sorry for you!!!

The problem I hear is that they are all the same. They work for awhile and than fail

Bobber and Derek; I had the same problem with mine. I took the power cord back to Gander, gave me a new one. That didn’t work. Brought in my H2O, they tried another and it worked. Like Bobber said, it is the little pins that one is to long or there is no spring in the other. What a PAIN!
