H20 Problems

    For some reason my h20 is not reading my chip. Sometimes it does……Sometimes it don’t. Runs it just fine, but you shut it off and turn it back on later…….Just reads the lowrance code. Dosn’t even show that the chip is in. Any suggestions other than waiting to hear back from Lowrance? I”m going to call them tomorrow! I have an email in now for a week and hav’nt heard a peep!

    Had the same problem after my first season with the unit. I would call Lowrance tech support instead of email. I had to send mine in for service (under warranty at the time). Got it (or another unit) back in a couple of days.

    I wonder if it’s a software issue Chappy? Either way, call them rather than email. Plan to be on hold for 10 to 20 minutes when you call. Early afternoon can be best and Thursdays are a pretty good day to try to get through.
