Excellent customer service!! Topline control.

    All we usually hear are the horror stories when it comes to customer service. Dealing with Bill at Topline, “trollmaster” the other day was a good experience! Unfortunatly my trollmaster quit working , I made a call to Bill, after a brief discussion he and I came to the conclusion my servo was bad. He say’s “I’ll get a new one out to you”. I made that call shortly after lunch time on Monday, by noon the next day there was a new servo at my door!! Thank you Bill!!

    I’ll 2nd that statment! Mine also quit working or was working intermittantly. Anyway, I sent it in and about 5 day’s got it back. Not sure if it’s a new one though. That’s OK…….As long as it works! Thanks Bill!

    How long have you guys had your trollmasters? I purchased one for my T-8 this year WOW!!! now I can concentrate on fishing.

    This spring………I think it was the wires going into the unit. Absolutly no problems with the service though!

    I’m new to this. I also have a problem with my Trollmaster. Does not send info to motor. The telephone number for Topline Control is disconnected so who can I call about this?
