All we usually hear are the horror stories when it comes to customer service. Dealing with Bill at Topline, “trollmaster” the other day was a good experience! Unfortunatly my trollmaster quit working , I made a call to Bill, after a brief discussion he and I came to the conclusion my servo was bad. He say’s “I’ll get a new one out to you”. I made that call shortly after lunch time on Monday, by noon the next day there was a new servo at my door!! Thank you Bill!!
