Wade I bought a 172c from you last year. After my fun trip to Winneconne and the big waves on poygan I noticed something is rattling around inside my GPS. It was working although it would go on and off occasionally I think the wires were bouncing around but wanted to know if I can send it in to Garmin how are they with that stuff. I don’t want to be without it for a couple months if they are slow with it. what are you thoughts or anyone else have experience with Garmin? Thanks

Ouch! Rattling parts is not good!

Garmin has been quite good with their customer service. I would not expect you to have much trouble with them. Here is a link to the Garmin Contact Center. If you do run into trouble please let us know.

Call Garmin and get an RA number and send it back in. You will have the unit back in less than 2 weeks
