Wade — 334c and LCG-2000 Compatible?

I love and hate my new 334c. Love it when it works, HATE it when it doesn’t.

I’ve been doing some reading and it looks like you can connect the LCG-2000 external GPS antenna to the 334c over LowanceNET and in effect have a 332c with an internal antenna (disabled).

Is this possible?

Do I need to buy anything else besides the LCG-2000 to connect it to my 334c?

If this is indeed the way it works, let me know and I’ll order a pair of antennas from you tomorrow. (My uncle has the same love hate relationship.) =P

You can use the LGC-2000 with the 334C. You would basically disable the internal antenna and access the LGC-2000 external antenna. Here is the Manual in PDF that explains how that works in detail.
