Has anyone used the My Wedge yet? I have to pickup a new boat in two weeks and have one in a bag at home, but have not talked to anyone who has used it. Thanks

    Phillip,

Here is a link that I posted a couple months ago. I have been using “my-wedge” now for a about a month in a half and have been real happy with it. The only problem I have with it right now is that its so small that I have a hard time placing it in the same spot everytime when I take it off the motor at the ramp, therefore I find myself digging through the boat to find it again! The glove box is the new home for it!!
One key point that I like about this product that was not mentioned in the post below is that sometimes after trailering your boat on the freeway, your boat tends to “adjust” a little on the trailer and being that this product is on your motor and not attached to your trailer and does not matter where your boat adjust to and always stays tight with your motor.

After seeing the Wedge that DeeZee is using I will be purchasing one soon. I do have a question though… Does it really releive the presure on the transom or just on the motor lift? It seems that by attaching the transom saver to the trailer or roller that some of the presure is now on the trailer rather than the transom. DeeZee, have you talked to the Ranger reps about this?
