    Looking for a all purpose anchor for lakes and river fishing

    I own a Richter Anchor and would recommend it for river or lake fishing. Cabela’s has them or you can check them out on line at Richter Anchor.com.

    I agree with the choice on the Richter Anchor. I own one and they hold in all situations very well.

    The down fall of these is that they are HEAVY !! If you plan on raising and lowering your anchor several times a day you might want to opt to the lighter of the two anchors.Here is a link to the anchor. Richter Anchor

    These look like they’ll hold, but do they let go? At $60 a pop, that’s a bunch bait/lures

    With the metal loop around the main outter frame it pulls out backwards easily..
