What have you found to be the best carpet cleaner for the boat? Just curious…..those crawlers can make a bit of a mess…. especially when the person you’re with gets excited and throws the container in the air and it lands in the carpeting…. ….so cleaner for this stuff, and dirt, etc.
    Thanks!

I have always used laundry soap and alittle warm water. Takes grease, dirt, and all the other crud out of my carpet.

Go to a local carpet store and they will put you onto the best product that they carry.
Also, I learned in the Al Linder DVD, that they rinse the worms in water before hand and put them in a leech tamer. Then they add a few ice cubes and just enough water to coat the ice cubes and put them in a small cooler. Then they put the tamer with worms on the ice/water. The worms will start to get nice and firm and also you will keep your boat cleaner.
P.S. My next boat won’t have carpet!!

I always dump my crawler dirt and put my crawlers in a zip lock baggie filled with water. I then put the baggie in the cooler. Not only do I not get dirt all over the boat but the crawlers plump right up and stay very lively all day.

Yes I do. It works great. The wife got used to it after a while. I put them in our second bathroom. She doesn’t use that one much.

I use Spot Shot which comes in an aerosol can and can be purchased at most Walmarts, Shopkos, etc. It works great for removing stains from dirt, grease, blood.
