1982 Blue Fin “Sportsman 16” Info??

I’m curious about a local boat that I saw recently. It’s a 1982 Blue Fin Sportsman 16 with a ’82 70hp Johnson w/T&T. Seems to run good and looks fine. Bow mount TM (didn’t see the motor. This has a walkthrough windshield and seats 6 (has the back to back slide down seats in the back and 2 fixed seats up front. Trailer is an EZ Loader full roller trailer so you can drive on easily. Anyone know anything about these boats and how much they are worth? The NADA claims $1300 but I don’t think that’s including the motor or trailer (NADA site is a very generic listing). nada is usually way below what they sell for. The bank usually goes buy this for loan value. With a older motor like that i would take it to a shop and have what’s called a leakdown test on the cylinders. Not that expensive and will tell ya alot about the motor. Much better than normal compression test. Sound pretty nice if motor is good.
