I had opportunity to use my Sportsman Multi Heater/Cooker last weekend on the water.

I wrapped each pre-cooked brat seperatly in tin foil and set them into the SMH/C and 30 minutes or so later ….wa~la !!

The sides that were down on the cooking surface were actually browned.

Its hard to beat HOT food while on the ice or river when the temps are cool.

Got anymore ”how long to cook” different foods? These cooker/heaters have got to be the neatest restaraunt [sp] on the water. Can’t wait to get out ”on the water” and use mine. Sure beats cold sandwiches on a cold day. Hot food on a cold day sounds ”much” better. Thanks, Bill
