Wade, I hope you can help me with this question. I have the East Elite chip and the East Premium chip. The premium chip will not let me zoom in as far as the elite chip. That kind of defeats the purpose of having all that hi def bottom detail if you can’t use it. I have an lms332c could it be a problem with unit?

The Navionics map does not zoom in as far and the Lowrance chip. It’s not a problem with your unit. However, that does not defeat the purpose of the map. The high definition allows you to view the structure of the lake. It’s much easier to identify humps, points, drop-offs, etc. with the high detailed maps, and these structures are much more defined than they would be if the map was in 5 or 10 foot contours.
Use the map to get you to your spot. Use your sonar and waypoints to fish the spot.
