After fishing one cold night, while folding up the Otter Den, I bent one of the support poles so that it wouldn’t slide into the other one. That night I e-mailed Otter and told them of my problem. I expressed that it was my fault and didn’t expect it to be under warentee. I hope that I will not get anyone in trouble there by posting this but they had the new part at my door 3 days later. They asked for no proof of purchace and charged no shipping. Thanks Otter. They make a great product and back it up beyond expectation as well.
