Buying new lowrance electronic for my rig. I have heard pros and cons for combo GPS/sonar units. Should these be bought seperately or in a nice package like the LCX 110/111?

If your going to get a 110 or 111 you will not need to buy seperate units…these gps\graphs are HUGE….I run a x104c and love it.. People will begin to ask you what movie your watching on the big screen sometimes..
They can be seen from anywhere in the boat!!!!!!

I agree with Cal. The 110C or 111C will do the trick all by itself. They’re huge and the display is awesome.

If you want to go with separate units then the X102C and 3500C would be a good way to go.

I have a buddy, that just got a new 621..and he put three of the new big screens on his boat,…one at the bow, one at the wheel, and one at the back…talk about too much money in your hands…

I would definetely second cal’s and wade’s suggestions-
110 or 111!!!! The display is truly awesome!! Especially if your getting older, or are older, they are really easy on the eyes!!

I am really young- and I have a hard time seeing my 332C-
I would like to invest in lasic..

Like everyone has said, it depends on the size of the unit you are looking at getting. I run the X102C and the 3500C seperately on the console and love it. I would definately recommend running two units if you’re looking at getting the 5″ displays, but if you’re looking at the big boys, then one should work out great.

Thanks for the info!! I will more than likely pull the trigger on the 102c and the 3500c.
