Water Spike anchor – where to find one…

    Anyone know where I can find a Water Spike brand anchor in the metro area. Preferrably South Metro. Thanks.

    Clark, did some diggin on line, found MarineTech in St Paul. Click link below. Their tele # is 651-486-2010. Good luck. I have a WaterSpike and love it !!! You can pick em’ up all around Mille Lacs in the summer.

    There’s another anchor with that sliding system made for river fishing that’s awsome also, it’s called the Richter anchor. I have one and it is the best anchor I have found.

    I picked mine up at last years Sport Show. I think I paid about $50 for it. Saved about $15. He should be back at this years’ show.

    I have the big Richtor and it just flat HOLDS….I had a waterspike and it was very good but I like the Richtor because it gets to the bottom faster in heavy current. The flukes on the waterspike seemed to float the anchor in fast current although once it bit…it held just fine.

    It was a long time ago but someone posted a chart here at one time of the different styles of anchors, anyone know where it is I was not able to find it.
