Question on Eagle Intellimap GPS

    My question is on the external antenna of the Eagle Intellimap.
    Is this the “puck” type antenna everyone is talking about or is the antenna a huge thing that requires a large mast and possible guy wires
    (ok maybe not that big).
    I have a 1710 Lowe backtroller and am thinking of putting this unit in my boat, but I want to mount the antenna on the gunnel to the rear and still be able to get the cover on.
    I checked all over the internet and can’t seem to find any specs on the antenna itself.

    I have a Intellimap 480 mounted on the bow of my boat. It has the puck style antenna about 3″ in dia.

    Really nice unit for the money!!!

    It looks like this only in Eagle. Not very big at all.
