I understand Lowrances insentive. What concerns me is customer service. As far as I’m concerned Lowrance has the best customer service in the industry. I don’t see how this merger will improve their service. Oh well.
I wouldn’t get worked up about it. It could be you wouldn’t have have noticed there was a change if they hadn’t told you. I will say I use a Simrad sounder for my mapping and its been a good unit. They are a big name in commercial and big water boating. WarrenMN
