Here she is guys… not much to look at here in her “basic black”… but these shown were some I have been using with Super Doo’s. I like black heads when I “do the Doo’s”. These are real rough prototypes too… nothing like the finished jig will be for being smooth and uniform.
You guys are doing good here… keep up the good work on thinking of cool names…. James, looks like you have lots of good ones to choose from so far.

I think this new jig should be named the “Plastic Predator” to emphasize its design to be used with plastics.

All good ideas guys, but I don’t want them named after me….lol Something that plays on the fact that we’re using a great head design, ultra-premium grade hooks, the best body “keeper” going and providing head weights nobody else does… all at a VERY good price.
No gimmics here… just a kickbutt product.

I think the lettering on the dime says it all about this style of jig. Very basic design that appears to do well in current and still waters. Looks easy enough to bulk up with plastic or live bait. Looks like it can be used for anything.

it looks like you guys found a way to occupy yourselves while I was on a little trip to see my Mom in Marion Ia… for those of you Iowa guys… its 307 miles from St Croix Falls Wi to Marion Iowa….. ummm oh yeah.. jig naming…. I dont want to steal too much of anyones thunder here….. you guys have come up with enough new names to fill a tackle store!…. all good ones…. my submission (I dont THINK I saw it already, if its there then its my VOTE) is
River Rat
Why dont you take a River Rat fishing today?
Nothing puts fish in the boat like a River Rat…..
ya gotta have River in the name of the ultimate River jig that will catch River Eyes from one end of the country to the other…. and afterall River Rat virtually says “born on the River”.. “lives on the river” “knows how to FISH THE RIVER”…… all things that can be said about this jig….
How about the ‘eye opener jig. Something catchy with a double meaning. For consumers and fish.
Maybe even put mylar or painted eyes on both sides of the jig for added appeal.
