polar tip ups shaft freezing

    Has anyone had their polar tip ups shaft freeze? One of mine has can you re lube them? Any help would be appreciated.

    Yes, you can lube them. Most sports shops sell a blue grease that is made by HT Enterprises. It works great. I have used it for over 10 years on Lake Superior and I have not had a problem. Good Fishing

    Just wondering on where you fish at on Lake Superior. I spent a lot of
    time in Duluth area when I was younger. Steve
