If anyone out there has seen great pricing on new Fish Trap portables I would appreciate your response. I’m leaning towards a “Pro”. Is there anyone offering any Ice show specials? I’m not going to be able to make it this weekend.

    Thanks guys!

    Hey,
Fleet Farm sells a flip over shack that is made for fleet farm by clam. My dad bought one and I have the fish trap guide and I would rather fish out of his and his was cheaper. The shack is called the winnie xp. It is a black shack, flip over style, with two swivel seats. I don’t remember the price but it is worht looking into.
    Hope this helps

I’d go to Gander Mountain personally,
Fish trap wise their price is to a minumum that retailer can sell them for, I’ve been looking at a yukon, and it doesn’t matter where I go it’s $499, but I like Gander and it’s close by me, so that’s where I go, not to mention, who can really walk in and only buy an ice shack

If Fish Trap is the way you go get the Pro!
I have the scout. I like it very much but – I wish I had the front zipper door. You loose all your heat when you open the scout. Also it might be inches but the extra width would be fine by me. I do not think the pro is alot heavier either.
Just my 2 cent field trial.

I’ll second Bret. I have the Scout and wished I had the Pro. The Pro is basically the Scout, except it is turned 180 degrees. You will enjoy the elbow room and the zippered door. The weight is the same.
