Is there anything I need to know before I change my cell service? I live in Hastings and I’m anticipating much of my cell time will be contacting home/friends when I’m on the river. Any companies to avoid or doesn’t it really matter? I don’t know much about this stuff and could use some advice. Thanks.

    Dirk,

I have midwest wireless and get great reception on pool 4. There is only a few spots I will loose my connection. It is a Nokia phone if that makes a difference to you.

    Good luck!

hi Dirk W. I have Sprint service and it works very good on pools 3 and 4. coverage is very good. their web site has maps that show s area of coverage across the nation and local, towers are still going up which would increase the coverage. Jack.
