Having a problem with a Minn Kota Onboard Charger that I bought from Jolly Ann Marine last year. I looked for, but couldn’t find my receipt. I emailed Jolly Ann and Tamara emailed me a copy of my receipt immediately. Wade even sent me a follow up email to make sure I got everything OK. I’m telling you they are the greatest folks to deal with before, during and after the sale that you’ll ever see anywhere. You just don’t find customer service like that very often anymore. If you haven’t had the pleasure of doing business with them, then your really missing out. Not only are they very price competitive, but the customer service they provide is second to none.
