Help!!!!! Need reel part

    Does anybody know the phone number to call to order a part from shimano. I had a bail spring go bad on a symetre and cant find the number to call to order a new one. I have never had to call them in 16 years of using their reels but I guess there is a fist time for everything.

    It may be easier and faster to call Hooked on Fishing. They do reel repair and I would think they would have some on hand.
