Used Motor

    I recently got a 14 foot aluminum boat from my father’s uncle. I’m looking for a used motor to put on it. Nothing big, somewhere around 10 horses. What I’m wondering is, how much should I expect to pay for that kind of motor. I really have no idea and don’t want to get ripped off. Also are there any good places I can go to and look for motors? I live in Rochester so if you know of anyplace in the surrounding area it would be much appreciated.

    I’m not sure on the pricing but I see your from Rochester so if I were you I would go down to Al’s specialty and talk to Terry Smith. I’ve done alot of business with him. There on hwy. 63 N

    I have a used 9.9 with no gas tank.
    I bought it at an auction, hooked it up and ran it.
    It seems to run good.
    $350.00 delivered to Rochester.
    Don’t ask how old, I have no idea, My best guess would put it in the 70’s.
