The year of Johnson motor?

    I’m trying to figure out the year of a 25 hp Johnson.
    Mod # J25RLCNB
    SER # E5635389
    Anybody know how to read the numbers to figure out the year?

    J = Johnson
    25 = 25 Horses
    R = Rope Start
    L = 20 inch transom
    C = 8
    N = 2
    B = Model run B

    You have a 1982 motor.
