Navionics XL3 vs XL

    For the same price, why would I buy an XL chart for an area covered by an XL3 chart? Do you loose some detail on the XL3 chart?

    No. There is really no reason for anyone to buy an XL chart versus an XL3. I tell all of my customers to get the XL3 because it will have a higher resale value if one should decide to sell it down the road. You lose nothing. The XL charts are still around but I honestly don’t know why. Go for the XL3 at the same price.
