Can I keep my plastics(ringworms, k-grubs, etc.) in a regular Zip-Loc sandwich bag or will the plastics react and melt?

They should be all right in a plastic baggie. Watch storing different colors together. They can stain each other. Watch how much sun they get also. Havent had any problems with them in the baggies and sun but some that sat in the tackle box did some funky things with other lures.

And be carefull not to let them be wet while in storage..they will really discolor

Ziploc or the old fashion sandwhich bags will work real well !! Keep the plastics “corded” in the bag so they don’t get twisted and bent, this will make them spin iregular down under.

What do you mean by “corded”?
Stacked straight, or alternating heads and tails, or ???
