Great Service ”Again” From Wade At Jolly Marine

    One thing I have to say about Wade at Jolly Marine is that besides excellant service and free shipping and no sales tax if you don’t live in Iowa is that he will steer you in the right direction. I just ordered a locator from him this week and we talked back and forth by pms on this site about them. I was trying to save money by thinking of getting a cheaper one for my Jon boat but Wade was honest with me and knew I wouldn’t be happy with the one I was looking at. In order to get me a good one and yet save me some money too he found me a Eagle Fish Mark 320 [last years model] at a distribitor out west for a good price and knowing that I already have 2 of these units on my Lund and really liked them he did me a big favor finding the locator and making sure that I was a happy customer with my new locator. Now thats what I call super service and going out of your way to make sure your customer is a happy and satisfied customer. ”Thanks Wade.” Now you know why I like doing business with Wade of Jolly Marine.     Bill, I don’t know what it is about Wade…I keep telling him “the only way to stay in business is to really stick it to the customers…”

    His motto SHOULD be: WE CHEAT OTHERS AND PASS THE SAVINGS ON TO YOU!

    A couple weeks ago, I ordered an onboard charger. I’m the type of guy that doesn’t like using PayPal…for no particular reason, so I told him the check would be in the mail on Monday….
    Went out of town for three days and when I got back the charger was in my wife’s hands…(that story is for another post) and the check was still laying on my desk! Forgot to mail it!

    Trusting anyone is very poor buisness practice…It’s one of the first chapters in “Why nice guys fail in business and SOB’s excel”.

    He’s a tough nut to crack when it comes to service..for sure!

    I received great service this year from Wade also. He is very knowledgeable about his products and I was amazed how quickly I received my Garmin GPS Map 76 unit in the mail. I would highly recommend Wade at Jolly Marine to anyone. Keep up the good work Wade!

    I’ve been friends with Wade and Tamara for a few years now and they are some great people.
    Wade is about as honest as your going to get.
