I saw a spotlight with 6 million candlepower for sale in a catalog. I know there are 1 and 2 million lights, but 6 seems a little unreal. Has anyone ever used one of these? Are they really that much brighter than a 1 million candlepower spotlight?
6 mill? Man you could start a fire with that! Never heard of them…But that doesn’t surpise me too much. Who makes them?

Screw the daylight saving time, it’s daylight any time you’re light is on…
No need for a auger anymore for ice fishing, just bring you’re light and burn yourself a hole in less time than it would take to cut it…
My gosh my lantern burnt a spot in my carpet in like 3 seconds when it go tipped over, 6 mil would probably melt through the floor in the same time.
Where do I get one?

Honestly I have no idea what a 10 mil would be better for VS. a 1 mil. But like Tim Taylor says…. “more power… ho…ho..ho!”

I bought a 3 million CP light that plugs into a cigarett lighter and I’m not sure that it’s really as good as the old 500,000 rechargeable light that I had. Its definately more compact though.
fyi-don’t shine in your eyes. I dropped a spotlight in the boat landing a fish on Mille Lacs a few weeks ago and my eyes were screwed up for 20 minutes!!
Is it legal to be out shining fish?
