Young American bass boat

I need some information on a Young American bass boat. I

have never heard of this brand. Starks in Prairie du Chien has it for sale. Thinking about buying. Not sure. Need some help.

This is a personal opinion only! Stay away from Young America boats…..I bought one a few years back and found it to be very cheaply and poorly constructed! Last I knew they were in Madison WI.

I’m not sure myself , but ask them to let you take her for a spin…run this boat like you would any time…take it where you want to fish and see if it will do what you want it to do….

And another thing see if they will ask the previous owner to call you and talk to you about the rig…
who are you dealing with at Starks ?

Thanks for your input. I’m not dealing yet,I was just looking.I’m still looking for info on boat band.I’m not sure of the year, but it has a 02 merc 40 hp on back. Boat is not in bad shape, looks like it might have set out side alot.I’m still looking.

Thanks. I had never heard of the boat before. Are they still being built? Sounds like you had lots of problems.I’m still looking. Would like to buy something yet this fall. Still lots of water to be fished!!!
