How’s the Motor Clinic in Bloomington?

Has anyone used the Motor Clinic in Bloomington MN for service on their trolling motor?

I’m having a problem with my MinnKota bow-mount, and after having another dealer sit on it for 3 weeks without even looking at it , I contacted MinnKota and they suggested I bring it to the factory in Mankato for the fastest turn-around time. Well, Mankato is simply too far to drive for this problem, especially since my wife is 8 months pregnant and I can’t be gone for an entire day. The motor clinic is of course, much closer. Any experiences, positive or negative? Thanks guys!

I’d give them a positive rating. They always have the parts I’m looking for. I have not had them service a motor.

I have had work done there and also bought a used motor from them. I give them a thumbs up.

I can’t tell you much about their motor service…BUT they are AWESOME with their Vexilar service. For that I give them 5 stars!

Used their services 2x, and they have exceeded expectations both times.

They run a top notch shop. I’ve bought new and refurb sonar and troller equip from them as well as had them service — always outstanding experiences with Motor Clinic.

Their new location is pretty nice too!

They are simply the best! I brought my motor guide in this summer on a Thursday thinking I’d be without it for the weekend, and they called me back 4 hours later telling me it was done!!

    Awesome

I have used them three times for my MinnKotas over the last seven years. Each time I have been v e r y favorably impressed.

I had my Maxxum repaired on warranty about a month ago. Brought it in on my lunch hour and was done being repaired 3 hours later. I have also purchased a reconditioned trolling motor and FL-8 from them and not have had any problems. In all I do recommend them.

I run Motorguide equipment and my Beast has only broken down 2 times in the last eight years..and they exceeded expectations on very quick turn around time for me.
Those guys rock excellent service department.. a two thumbs up from this grumpy ole guy from Wabasha
