First of all,I want to think you guys for the advice you gave me on my previous post…
Now that I put a car charger on the cranking battery it’s coming back to life but now I have a new problem….
At the dash I have a panel for bilge pumps, live well pumps, anchor lights etc. all the lights are lit up on the dash and won’t turn off when I push the buttons on them. Horn doesn’t work either. My panel up in front of the boat that has these same buttons and works just fine.

Where should I be looking now to resolve the problem?

Hook up your main line to a TM battery and see if it does the same. If you have a manual breaker on your main line for the dash, try tripping and resetting it a couple times.

Sounds like your battery is toast.

    Its a Ranger 619vs
I think I just fixed the panel button problem as I just disconnected the positive cable from the battery which cut of the power to the panel and just reconnected it again and now all is good

    maybe that re set everything?

I can’t believe you are having problems with a ranger boat. If you listen to any ranger owner that posts on this or any other board, they have the best boats ever made. Sounds to me it is a bad battery. Even though the battery is taking a charge, doesn’t mean that it will hold a charge. If the battery is older than 3 years, try a new battery.
