    I have a regular ipilot just wondering if I could get away with just buying an I pilot link remote in order to run it with my humminbird or if I would need to purchase the whole ipilot link package

    Whole package. Its a different head unit for the terrova/powerdrive that replaces the standard I-pilot head unit. There is an Ethernet cable that comes out of the new head unit that you connect to the hummingbird, if you have a 800, 900 or 1100 unit ending in and 8 the kit has all you need, if you have the new ones ending in a 9 or a 700 unit you’ll also need the Ethernet adaptor cable.

    Just did this myself, its not too tough.
