    Dock System

My family is looking for dock reoommendations to replace their 20 year old dock in northern N. Dakota. They have asked me if I know anything about this company.

Anyone use this dock and have any pros/cons. ? I believe my father is looking for something he can do himself, comes apart for easier winter storage, but yet is sturdy and can take the wave action from direct NW wind driven waves.

    Thanks,

    Eric

FLOE. I put ours in and out by myself…Sections easily put together and come apart. Easily adjustable height, and it takes wind and waves as well, if not better than most, if proper height.

Checked back in and realized you were looking for feedback on the “d’Nort” dock system…..looks good in theory….never seen one though. Sorry ’bout not reading before writing. Good luck.

Looks like a decent dock. But a few things missing from the video.

    1) how does a single person take the dock out? The reverse of just dropping in the new section would be much more difficult.

    2) why is he wearing waders if he does not have ot get into the water

    3) looks harder to put in than a wheeled dock. Unless you have a H or large L pattern

I have a pier pleasure easy install like the one above. Very strong. We have a hill so sectional is the only way. If we had a lower lot I would have a roll in.
