Can I just buy them at Walmart ?

Isn’t a group 29 all the same ? except for the gell ones of coarse

Yes, I run the Everstart Marine Maxx 29 marine deep cycle batteries. They run great. They are made by the same manufacturer as the interstate batteries. 2 year free replacement as well!

Dave, I’ve been running the Odyssey battery’s in my Skeeter’s for the past 4 years. Check out the info here.

Run them 3-4 days straight all day long. I doubt you’ll ever find a better marine battery. You will be done worrying about how long they will last that’s for sure…

Odyssey batteries hands down. Worth the money twice the warranty better by far. You won’t
    Be disappointed

The Sears DieHard Platinum are Odyssey batteries rebadged for Sears. I bought 3 this year to replace my Interstates and they are excellent, although much heavier. They have far longer run time and the recharge is faster as well. The price point was far less than an Odyssey battery that says “Odyssey” on it.

Since you got 6-7 years out of your current set… what’s the name on the side of the batteries you’ve got now? That’s a pretty good run in my opinion.

If there are no dealers for Interstate within 1 hour of you sounds like a good franchise to establish. A big town on a fishing river x2 (Wisconsin and Mississippi).

Pretty sure I saw some interstate batteries in gander mountain last week. I’ll be right next to there after work tomorrow I can stop in and check if you want.

Iknow the gander in my area carries interstate batteries. I just got a 29 havent had much time on it but I have been happy with the interstate brand with all my past batteries.

    I went with Interstate Batteries

I was talking with the Minn Kota Repair man in Harpers Ferry.. He sells them….

What happened was he mad me a great deal on a 101 Terrova with the new I Pilot.. trading in my Terrova 80 with the I Pilot…

JMan is a Retired cop from Cedar Falls and he really knows his stuff… while I was there on Friday he must have had 6 walk ins and he took care of me and each one of the walk ins.. He is located behind the Harpers Post Office in his new building… Stop by and harass him if you’re in the area… He likes Busch Light !!!
