    More like joker craft. They dont list contact info on their website. No way for me to contact them. Now I will never even consider doing it.

    Interesting. For what its worth my dad and I have a 2005 Monark (all welded aluminum), owned by Starcraft. They also build Smoker Craft. It has been trouble free for 7 years! Maybe they don’t need customer service? My grandpa owned a smoker craft and never had issues to my knowledge either. If it fits your style and budget go with it! Just my opinion though.

    I have a SC built pontoon. It was assembled with the wrong control cables 6 years ago. My current mechanic said they were replacing some with correct cables so I should contact them.

    Ah I see. Heres info I found on another forum where somebody posted the customer services response email. May or may not help you. I would call rather than email. Good luck!

    Never Had to call them for any reason I have owned a Smokercraft for 20 yrs have not had one issue. Great boat for the money.
