    Okuma RTX S series, any opinions or experiences with these spinning reels?

    I just looked up reviews on those and to me they are worth checking out, which I shall do.

    I also see they are lighter than the Shimano Ci4 reel of the same size

    Well, I ordered one in the 25 size. Used the “30 dollars off order” at Overstock Bait and I think it qualifies for a factory rebate of 20 bucks also. I have a CI 4 in the 1000 size so I will get to compare them this season. We shall see.

    Have you had a chance to use your RTX yet ?
