Three years ago I purchased a High Peak hyperlite tent. Which has been a great tent. We had over 7″ of rain last year on memorial day weekend and stayed dry all weekend. On my second trip out this year I had a pole delaminate and crack. I emailed High Peak the following day asking if I was able to get replacement poles and price. Their response was to send them my shipping address and they would ship them out. Six days after my first email UPS dropped off my new tent poles. I will be buying there products again when I’m in the market.
