lx6 or lx7

Wondering from those who have em or used em is the bigger screen worth 100$? The checkbook (fiance) says no but I beg to differ! Any/all input is welcomed! Thanks!

100% worth the extra 100 bucks in my book. Ive fished with the LX6 and it is smaller than a normal flasher if you have multiple options pulled up while fishing.

^^^^ What he said… Hole hopping is not really that big of an issue using a 7 instead of the smaller 6. Go 7 especially if you may intend to use it in the boat ever.

The 7 is also nice if your standing up and viewing from a further distance other then sitting or kneeling. With that being said there is nothing wrong with an LX6. But for a $100 that is a little more then a full tank of fuel in my truck plus all the other money we spend on this sport. You’ll be glad you bought the LX7.

You can also upgrade to a LX9 later by adding the camera. It is nice to have options

I noticed you mentioned your fiance. I have been married 24 years to a fantastic woman. A small piece of advice. All ways set your sites on something significantly more then you want. This way she will think your making a sacrifice when you get what you wanted all along

example: tell her you want the LX9 when all along you wanted the LX7. Then when you get the seven she thinks you sacrificed when in fact you did not.

Yes sir! She is a great lady she knows I work for my money and doesn’t care which route I take! It just sounded good! I look @ the 100$ as a tank of gas as well. But its only money and I only live once!

Don’t the ladies say bigger is alway better when it comes to inches??
