Buddy of mine has these cranks, and he has no idea what they are. They look pretty fishy to me, so I’m very curious if anyone can help us out and tell us what they are and/or where to get em.

Looks to me like a Berkley Flicker Shad…

They definitely are not flickers. No name, no nothing on them. I suspect they may be a walmart lure of some sort, or some no-name brand/type that may be difficult to locate.

I know I don’t have any, and I believe that even though a crank may look and act like another one very closely, there’s something different about it that a fish may prefer one day. Gotta have all bases covered.

Pretty sure the one on the left is a Titleist, not sure about the other 3

I don’t believe it is a matzua. The bend in the bill is different. It looks an awful lot like a flicker shad, so I’m guessing it is a berkley made bait that was made for somewhere like Cabela’s to brand as their own. But, that is just a guess.

those could be old “fingerling” lures from the 1980’s.. to me that’s what they look like.

I thought the same thing, looks like a flicker, but not exactly. I’d say cabelas model.

Wow, those Swagger shads look EXACTLY like a Shad Rap.

I’ll try to look for some of those Yo Zuri and CC baits, those could be good guesses. Never heard of a Blue Fox crank, so I’ll look that way too.

They’re way too new and too nice a finish to be from the 80s.

I feel comfortable saying they’re definitely not Cabela’s, although the nose on them really look similar. But the bend in the bill is what throws them off. The 2nd pic sorta shows the bend, but it happens before it goes into the crank. Screams ‘no-name’ at me.

I’m kinda afraid to take em out….if they really catch fish and throw the right wobble that day, and I can’t find em, then what???

Wow, these baits are very similar to that Sashimi. So close that I’m willing to call them a sashimi knock-off, like the cabela’s rad shads are shad rap knock-offs. Very close.

They definitely aren’t CC Shads, body on those is too deep.

Not really having a lot of luck finding Blue Fox stuff. Hopefully next week we’ll get em out over some water and see what happens.

    Thanks guys!
