Small hair jigs like a flu-flu and small twister tails are excellent producers. There are endless panfish jigs and lures out there. Heres a few I have in my panfish box.
Beetle spins, twister tails, flu-flus, Betts “tater” bug, small mini rapalas, mini mepps spinners, colored plain hooks, and many ice fishing jigs and tiny top water poppers. Trout flies can be excellent too.
My best crappie and sunfish catches come on the hair or twister tail type jigs.
    Good Luck
