Replace Boat Carpet in Lund Tyee

    Does anyone know who does boat carpet replacement for Lunds in the Twin Cities?

    Custom Rigging just over the MN boarder in Houlton, WI does very good work. I have used before and have been happy.

    One thing is expect to pay a premium but they are very good.

    I was talking with a fella in Bayport that does upholstery (he did my arm rests).

    He was saying replacing the carpeting is the least expensive part. Tearing out and sanding down the old glue is the most time consuming. He was talking around $1500.

    What would a new floor system cost (wood and carpet) from Lund? Most of it, if not all of it is just bolted in with screws into the stringers and ribs.

    Keep the carpet out and replace the wood and do Vinyl….
    Maybe with a snap in carpet, easy to wash and keep clean
