Need help…Marcum VS620 camera issue

I bought this camera a few months ago, but recently tried to use it. The issue I am having is that when I am out on the ice using the camera, it only works for about an hour or so. When you turn it on, the screen usually flashes blue, and then the picture appears after a second. After a while, when you try and turn it on, the power button LED lights up, but the screen stays black and does not turn on. I have fully charged the battery each time I went out. I have also sent an e-mail to Marcum and tried to call them at 3:30 today but did not get ahold of anyone and had to leave a message.

Does anyome know what may be wrong with the unit?

my vs 825 was doing something just like that and when i talked to them they said thats not good and told me to send it in for replacement he way it sounds there is no fix that you can do!!!
