I have about $100 to spend on a new jigging rod for walleye fishing. Looking for input on what folks would suggest for the money.

    Thanks.

Limit creek smoothie is a good bet for the money.

For straight up vertical jigging the Eyecon 63MXF is a great choice in that price range. Get a hold of Dean at http://www.deanstacklebox.com and he can hook you up. For jigging/pitching, I’d go with something longer like the Eyecon 68MXF (for mono).

X3 on wimwuen’s suggestion for the 100$ range, 63MXF vertical jig and the 68MXF for (mono) casting…

The 6’9″ MLF Limit Creek Smoothie is a great rod for casting jigs with braid, dragging, and rigging. From right here in Hudson, WI.

I believe Dean can hook you up with both…

A 100$ ice jig pole would be a dandy! But I’ll bet TB can make you one…

I was in the same exact boat last year. I ended up buying the 6’6 MLXF since I fish 1/8oz most of the time, what a fantastic rod. My absolute favorite.
