Finnally finished up the installation of my new Terrova and electrial re-wire last weekend. Thought I’d post some of my progress pictures up in case anyone wanted to see. This first picture is one I took after I finished making my new ‘battery box’.

Installing the carpet on the new deck piece and the new deck installed. Carpet was the closest match to what is in the boat I could get. It would look better if I had re-done the whole boat, but I just didn’t hav ethe time to get that in depth with this thing now.

And the motor on. It doesn’t sit completely level but this picture makes it look way worse than it really is (and the boats not sitting exactly like it would in the water either).

Didn’t take any pictures but I also had to tap a new hole to install the bow light plug as the motor now sits over where it used to be. Also installed the ram mount to hold the motor head when stored.

Have a lot to get done this weekend before rifle season next weekend, but hope to take it out and play with it on the lake at some point before it freezes.

Thecup holder part is actually original to the boat. I was thinking about maybe taking one off to make room to install a ram mount so I can utilize the universal sonar, but the front deck isn’t that long and its not hard to just spin the lowrance on the dash around and watch it from my seat, so it will probably stay. They both get used quite a bit on longer outings as I’ve fille dup most of the storage areas already.

    Nice

I may need to make one of those cup holders at my bow mount

Left this picture out. I broke (just about severed) my right pointer finger 2 years ago between the 1st and 2nd knuckle and it now doesn’t exaclty function 100% anymore and is permanently ‘kinked’ where it broke. I was having a heck of a time holding onto the nut for one bolt that was in a real tough spot to get to when mounting the motor. This was my solution, and it worked. (Using the other hand didn’t work either with where the bolt was)
