Best place for Yamaha parts?

    I have a 50 hp four stroke F50T L RC. The power trim and tilt relay clicks, but the motor does not operate. I have 12.69 volts in the wires, but it will not engage the power and tilt motor. Can the motor be jumped just to see if it works so I can tell if it is the motor or the relay?

    Where is the best place to get parts. I’m in west central Minnesota.

    Nelson Marine in White Bear Lake has always had the parts I need. I know it’s not real convenient for you in West Central Mn…but that’s who I’d call. The trouble is that there aren’t many good Yamaha mechanics out there…since they almost never need repair.

    Thanks for trying to help guys. I have a really good mechanic in town but no parts. Dealer went under in the economic fall out. Maybe Charlie can help me diagnose it so we can get the right part the first time.
