Good deal on Eyecons

    The new Gander in LaCrosse is having their grand opening sale. They have a deal where you get 50% off of the GSX Titanium series reels with the purchase of any St. Croix Rod.

    They were out of those reels so they subbed some other reels in their place. Today I got a 63MXF Eyecon with a Pflueger Supreme for $140 (reel was on sale for $79.99 then I got half off). Not a bad deal at all.

    I only give him the one with Powerpro on it, that way he can’t see the line.

    I got mine from Scott at Bob’s (the snap jig model with the ex. fast tip) for $85.00. That was early in the season, so maybe he doesn’t have that deal any more. Scot has always done well for me. Enjoy the rod! E.
