    Going electric this year. Wondering on the nils vs. k-drill vs. lazer all 6″.

    I ended up with the ION X, it comes with the 8″ auger and an extension. I can take my 6″ lazer and use that on the ION X with the extension, so I have options based on what Im fishing for

    I got the 8″ K-Drill last year. One of the best purchases I’ve made. Light, fast and easy. I have a friend that is a die hard Jiffy fan and he ended up buying one. He never touched the Jiffy the rest of the year.

    I also want to add that I have a Strike Lite and I like the auger, but 9 pounds weight reduction and no gas is awesome. I can also reopen holes with the K-Drill.

    Nils high velocity hand auger with a milwaukee m18 fuel works great for me.
