Eliott 45M XF

    I just picked up a 45M XF Elliot Rod. Tough decision between the 42M F and the one I chose, as they both seem like great rods. I chose the 45 for the XF in the tip and I have a 42L from another line of rods. Will be interesting to try some of these longer rods while hole hopping.

    I have all the Elliot’s, except for the new 45. The longer rods are great and you get use to them pretty quick.

    Are you guys strictly using these long rods hole hopping? Ever tried them in like an otter lodge or similar size shack? Ice castle?
